VFR-R.A.C.E. is open to any and all motorcyclists regardless of the brand of motorcycle they ride or any club or organizational affiliation(s).

SMROs provide awareness of legislation that threatens your personal freedoms and liberties as a motorcyclist. They monitor legislation and work with legislators on a daily basis, to protect and preserve your rights.

SMROs work for biker rights on a daily basis. They encourage motorcycle training and motorcycle awareness as a means of accident prevention. Joining these organizations insures that they can continue to work for YOU and protect you against the regulations and legislation that threaten your lifestyle. Not only will you become a part of the solution, you'll receive newsletters from each of them that keep you abreast of what.s happening Virginia concerning your rights as a biker.
