Good luck figuring this one out, this is simply the standards, you have to jump all around 40CFR205 for the measuring procedures, also different bikes and models would have to meet different standards.

We still need to kill this bill.

Thanks Jim. Karen sent me the same link from the BR. It was as confusing from her as it is from you. Between the two of you I still can't figure out if my motorcycle is legal or not!!! It runs and I can hear it and it doesn't leak. Guess it's okay???
