HB163 - Orrock - Driving Abreast, all vehicles

HB159 - Dance - Civil Penalties for Noise Violations

HB462 - Dance - Adds Penalty to possess, for intent to sell, exhaust components louder than limit

SB321 - Renolds - Two Abreast for Law Enforcement (only)

http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?ses=101&typ=bil&val=sb321
SB522 - Norment - Expand Franchise Market Area
oppose Doubles the radius of the current protected area based on population density from 10>20, 15>30, 20>40
Reaction to economy, let the dealers/manufactures and market decide (like Harley). Will raise prices.

A Police, Militia and Public Safety sub committee killed the bill that would have amended the helmet law to require riders on vehicles with smaller than 8" wheels to also where a helmet. (currently they are exempt from the mandate) _________________ Sharon Keaton
